Again this season, my mother (photo below) shares her favorite recipes on my blog. Its rosettes require a bit more time (and a special utensil to create the crunchy star shapes) but are worth the extra elbow grease. Rosettes dusted with powdered sugar are a light, crispy and delicious bite.
