Snickerdoodle Cake Mug

Ingredients
For the cake:
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. plain flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup of milk
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
For garnish :
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Add milk, butter and vanilla.
Combine sugar and cinnamon for topping in a separate bowl.
Spray a microwave-safe mug or bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Add a spoonful of cake batter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Alternate layers and top with remaining cinnamon/sugar.
Microwave on high power 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until cake is cooked through.

Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug or container. Microwave on medium power* for 1 to 1 ½ minutes, adding 15 seconds if needed, until cookie is cooked through.
*Medium power helps prevent chocolate chips from burning.
