NetImpact wins USDA CEC contract to provide global enterprise application support

Fall Church, Virginia.And the September 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ – Through At-Impact, NetImpact has been awarded a contract to provide technical guidance and program performance support to the US Department of Agriculture’s Governance Applications Management Branch (GAMB) Branch (USDA), Governance Services Division (GSD) for the Customer Experience Center (CEC). As the preferred IT service provider, CEC supports enterprise applications for the USDA global client base and its business mission areas. CEC serves approximately 140,000 customers across more than 118,000 field, state, headquarters and remote offices located throughout United State and its lands and reserves all over the world.

NetImpact will provide a full range of services via CEC’s IT Service Management (ITSM) toolkit that meets more than 1.2 million requests annually. This support includes digital transformation, implementation and maintenance, custom workflows and application development, test automation, and analysis-based optimization of daily operations. To ensure success, NetImpact provides dedicated technical experts who are well versed in Electronic Authentication/SSO, SAML, SalesForce, Tableau, SailPoint, ScanStar, Alchemer, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), BMC, Pinyon and ServiceNow.
