Kyler Murray’s Arizona Cardinals are looking to maintain momentum after their second-week win over the Las Vegas Raiders when they host Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams.
The top spot in the NFC West could be on the line when Stafford, Cooper Cobb and the Rams’ offense come to town. But will the Los Angeles attack be enough to offset any production that comes from Murray, James Conner and Marquis Brown? The game is scheduled to kick off Sunday at 4 p.m. ET from State Farm Stadium.
Here’s a look at the betting details and USA TODAY NFL team selection for Rams vs. Cardi Week 3:
Rams in Cardinals Odds, Money Line and Over/Under
not mad:Kyler Murray has no ‘hard feelings’ for the fan who shocked him after the Cardinals win
Energy Ratings:The Bills, Chiefs 1-2 remain, but the Dolphins are between two new teams in the top five
Training degrees:Chapter boss for Andy Reed, big failure for Frank Reich
Lorenzo Reyes: Rams 27, Cardinals 21
L.A. has dominated the series, but both teams have been playing unreliably against the spread for the last five or six games, so I think there are much better matches. However, I think the Rams are slowly getting rid of the early season rust and should eventually progress.
Safed El Din: Rams 28, Cardinals 24
Killer Murray and the Cardinals managed to make a 20-point comeback in Las Vegas last week, but their luck won’t last against the defending Super Bowl champions. Matt Stafford, Cuper Cobb and the Rams’ vaunted defense will weigh on Murray early on, often as they did in the playoffs last season. While Murray will look and play better than the last time he faced the Rams, he won’t be able to avenge last season’s disastrous loss.
Lance Bogmeier: Rams 27, Cardinals 17
The Super Bowl champions know better than letting Kyler Murray run unfettered as he did in the fourth quarter against the Raiders.
