Auburn must regroup after suffering a tough home loss at the hands of Penn State. Winning the first team game of the season will move forward with correcting the ship before the challenge becomes more difficult.’s Newbies Wellborn reports that Brian Harsen will start Robbie Ashford for the quarterback on Saturday. While TJ Finley won the main assignment in fall camp, he was put off the bench last week after being intercepted and lost disoriented, as well as suffering a shoulder injury. And QB’s problems don’t stop there with Zach Calzada opting to transfer Texas A&M for end-of-season surgery.

The big questions for Auburn’s entry into Saturday’s game include trenches, whether or not the O line can protect Ashford on his first start, and whether a defensive line can create pressure and force fouls before getting the ball to WR Luther Borden of Missouri.

The Home Parade and Bib Walk

Enjoy one of Auburn’s best traditions before your homecoming weekend with the annual Homecoming Parade and Pep Rally, featuring campus, community groups, and Aubie. After the show’s over, stay in the Rally Excitement to enjoy the big game on Saturday. The show will start at 6 pm, and the enthusiastic gathering will start at 6:30 pm

Auburn shared the following updates for the 2022 season:

  • Duncan Drive – Extension: Duncan Drive is extended between Samford Avenue and Woodfield Drive. The extension will provide an additional southbound outlet to S. College Street.
  • Donahue Drive – Northbound: Northbound traffic on Donahue Drive from Magnolia Avenue to MLK Drive (Alabama Highway 14) will be three lanes one-way. The change will allow a more efficient exit for Tiger Transit buses, as well as those in the Business School and public safety spaces.
  • Crosswalk Assistance – North and South Donahue: Attendees will be in place at Lem Morrison Drive and Donahue Drive, as well as Donahue Drive and Magnolia Avenue to help clear post-game traffic for fans on foot.

During home games, Tiger Transit runs special routes. Buses run four hours before kick-off, intermittently throughout the match and for two hours after the match to bring fans back to their stations. You may experience delays in getting from and back to all locations due to pre- and post-game traffic.

Tiger Transit also uses Doublemap / Transfer technology to allow fans to view moving buses and routes in real time via the Internet and smartphone. Learn more.
