Sample flights

New York to Oslo

Norse Atlantic is offering a limited $115 one-way fare from New York to Oslo, Norway for trips beginning in October.

The fare sample above shows $115 of tickets still available for October 31. This price is much lower than the regular price, which can exceed $400 in one direction during the same time period.

These tickets are for Norse Atlantic’s light economy class seats, which only allow hand luggage for an additional fee of more than $60 per portion. So consider the total costs when pricing your ticket.

Return prices from Europe are usually higher. For this sample itinerary, early November flights returning from Oslo to New York cost about $220 one way.

There may be some combinations you can find with $115 for flights both ways, but that can be a challenge to sync with your schedule.

However, the $335 round-trip fare between New York and Oslo is a pretty good deal for a fall trip, assuming you can find a way to manage your baggage allowance.

From Fort Lauderdale to Berlin

Norse Atlantic will launch its new flight service between Fort Lauderdale and Berlin this December. One-way prices for this route in January are as low as $129.

Return trips in this time range average $180, so a round-trip fare between Florida and Berlin can be around $300.

The catch again with this deeply discounted ticket is that it’s found in Norse Atlantic’s light economy class which has a range of additional fees for baggage, seat selection, meals, and flight changes.

But if you can navigate the potential fare surcharges, it’s a great price for a ticket to Europe.
